I use a three ring binder and regular collee ruled three hole paper for a communication/log book for my accounts. I also put a copy of the specification sheet for that account in there.
This has worked good for me with only one exception, some one ripped pages out of one of them. I number the pages and date them to make it obvious that there are pages missing. Not sure why they took them, nothing in them of any real importance.
Any who, thats my ten cents! Inflation you know!

Lori, Our company uses the Tracker 4 technology for QA and our customers love it, especially since it is all computerized and they have their own web to read and make notes. Identical to a log book, just via technology.

Like ECBS we use an on line portal for most. We still have some accounts that like to use the log book and some who just use email only.

I guess were pretty old fashioned with this, we prefer a phone call. All customers receive instructions if their is the slightest problem or a special request needed to please call the office.
