HELP!!! I'm in Sacramento, California. I have the opportunity to bid on new construction clean up (residential inside). I haven't the slightest idea what to charge or how to charge it? There are windows and lots of wood work. Somebody! Anybody! Help me please!! I hate to rush anyone, but I need a response to this PDQ. Thanks!

Thank you all for the wonderful information. My name is Tamiko and I am the owner of A One Cleaning Service Plus. I have been in business for five months and just received my first request for a after construction clean-up. The information here answer my questions. Thank you.

Plumbing jobs can be divided into material costs and labor costs. If you do not price your plumbing jobs accurately, you risk losing the project to another plumbing company who understands correct bids.
