what does post, final and re-clean mean

what does this mean, i know what post means thats the deep cleaning, does that mean you clean the whole house like its ready for a homeowner to move in. im unsure what final and re-clean means? well reclean has got to be called back after other contractors came in and made a mess. please help me out to what all means. if i were to put on my bid proposal what do i put those 3 prices per sq. ft.? please help thanks christine


Post - .20 sq. ft.

Final - .15 sq. ft.

Re-clean - .10 sq. ft.

Post means just get all the dust. Final means come back in and detail it for the owners move in. I do both in one clean usally and try to have them call me only after everyone is done and not messing nothing up.
