Hello Troy,
I Have used soy green degreaser for the kitchen which is U.S. EPA approved and works fine. Dwell time for different areas. Another product I have used is called Focus which is green seal certified. Focus has a long line of green chemicals. There is one in particular I like to use and it is the all-purpose cleaner by focus. Whats great is these products are concentrate and like many others work at different levels based on dilution. I use it for kitchens, restrooms, window frames, light fixtures walls etc.. You could find these products at all-greenjanitorialproducts.com
