Nope , we only moved a few things because i let them know up front we will only strip the areas that have nothing on the floor. They only wanted it stripped/sealed/finish so thats what we gave them. they know the floor was in very bad shape so i think they just wanted it to be better then what it was, and we gave them that.lol. we now have there 2 other stores to do.

The Basics are your charges for Strip and wax alone and Burnishing if you add alitttle charge for that.
Content Movements Gum Removal etc. is an additional charge if the floor looks hell. I dont mind moving some furnitures if its necessary. But if they give you the task... hehehe They have to pay. Before you start the job make sure you point out what charges you are gonna add so its not surprising.

And you could not be more right Jude , we are kind of new to doing floors and while we lucked out with this customer not being too fussy as to how it came out because the flooring really was in terrible shape so anything we did was an improvment we also will be buffing the floor every other week. But you certainly need to include everything you listed because if nothing else they are time consuming as well as a pain, moving stuff and scrapping gum, ect. tomorrow we get to seal and finish another of there stores 1500 SF. and most importantly it is BRAND NEW FLOOR.lol . so it will be nice to see the outcome the way it should be. ALSO - on another note given the pictures i posted do any of you know of a product that would get those shelve line stains that are in the floor. we tried straight stripper and machine to no avail ? just curious. thanks.

Hey Jude, I checked out the web site above and although a pain in the a** to order and I still don't know the price it sounds pretty good . Can you tell me if this stuff is as good as they say? Do you use it for general cleaning? Does it disinfect at all?
Any more info you can give on this product would be greatly appreciated
Thanks,
Jim

They went into our neighborhood a few months back. They gave me a full DEMO on Everything. Diluted the Chem with Water and took out the Spots in our Carpet by spraying and wiping just only with a Clean Cloth. Next we went to our Garage which has like a Rust Stain on Floor sprayed the Rust and Scrubbed with a Hard Brush....and its gone. Since then I am using this as a Spotter and Cleaner on Everything Hardwood,VCT,Carpet,Linoleoum works wonders for me. Safe to use on all Surface and the dilution is very Economenical. With a Spray bottle is 5 fl oz or less and fill up the Spray Bottle. Add more if the Spot or Stain is heavy. They will also send you a brochure what surfaces and dilution info.
