Ok lots of questions I never really thought of, but will definitely find out. I have to call him back tomorrow and hopefully schedule a walk through. This is not a new store. From what I gather they are going to be renting it out. I really dont know much about it so will get back to everyone soon as I can on this. I have someone that is experienced in floor work, but I have no idea how long it would take to do a job this big or how many people either. Would love to do the classes IJCSA are offering if possible in Ohio. I would really like to learn about floor care and thought this would be a good start. The building is empty (he said). I will find out the info hopefully tomorrow. Thanks so much

Linda: If it was previously retail, I would almost gurantee that it has about 9 coats of finish and burnish coats on top of that. Lot of stripping. As Dan says , you can rent the equipment, I forget that in ths U. S. the janitorial market is much better serviced than here. I find it very difficult to find rental equipment and at that the quality and choice of equipment is very limited. If you have an experienced floor guy on board, you should be alright but you'll need to expand your crew to handle this one.
