I use Eternal Pro from Wood Wyant in Canada. Excellent leveling and workability. Good dry time and stands up relatively well to traffic. Burnishes nicely. Did not like Buckeye Castleguard.

You will have to try out different ones to find which not only works best for you but is also available. I liked Buckeye but they just priced theirself out of my range . I now use Betco Hybird 25 which has done well for me. I stripped and waxed a mall (main hall 30,000 ft) and applied 4 coats of the Betco 4 years ago. They maintain it with an auto scrubber, battery buffer and have a applied a couple of coats since our strip. It still looks great. I do not however like the betco hard as nails floor finish. There are lots of brands, types, and cost of finishes on market today. It is hard to be able to experiment with them since the cost of stripping and refinishing is so high. Hope you find one that works for you soon.

I started using a product by Betco called untouchable. It's durable and it lasts. I also on occasion use Masterpiece.

I have to agree with Linda Spartans I-Shine is a great finish, lays out well easy to maintain and has a great shine. I've used it now for five years and have had no complaints.

I have been having difficultly with sealer and floor finsh combo. Most finishes are self sealing now days. I never use sealer and haven't for years. Perhaps one of the following questions and answers can help figure out the problem. Are you using the same brand sealer and finish? Is the sealer your using fresh or old? Has sealer or finish been exposed to high heat or freezing temperatures? How many coats are you applying of each? How thick are you putting it on? Are you drying it fast? Ha sealer or finish been contaminated by being used before and put back into a bucket? Is floor being stripped and rinsed well or neutralized? Does this happen on all the floors you do or just one? Are you using a seperate finsih head for sealer and finish? Are you using a good brand and type of sealer and finish?

Great glad it worked out for you! Do you have an Arrow chemical dealer in your area, or did you order from the plant?
