I'm from a small city of about 10,000 people. People here grew up to really pinch thier pennies, I mean really PINCH them. How does one educate these people on proper floor maintenance, they all have this concept of any Joe Blow can clean just pick up a broom then mop after. As soon as I approach them why our service is needed and what we all can do they ask for a quote then say we can hire some NOBODY for X-dollars an hour. They don't grasp the concept and they keep going through cleaners after cleaners. Most of these people are ladies who like a little extra income and don't have the experience. I'd like them to see us as a service and all we have to offer, over the Joe Blow. I can hire the Joe Blow's and train them and turn them into great cleaning personel and to top it off I'm insured and bonded. I don't knock people who want to clean on the side for extra income but then seek knowledge or see if any local cleaning companies are looking for employees. So my main question is what is the best way to educate potential customers why a cleaning company is best over the average Joe? Gary
