Hi, I will soon be adding another employee. The two of them will be riding together, and I need to compensate for gas money. How does everybody else handle this? Thanks, Kathy

Many times they would claim their mileage on their taxes. You don't have to pay them. Or you can pay them what the gov't allows for mileage. Just remember, their house to the first job and the last job back home does not count in their mileage count.
