What is youre favorite type ( color ) of buffing pad ? I typically use the 3M natural tan but on some types of finish I have problums with it leaving swirl marks or just making the floor look dull. If that happens I like to use the 3M eraser pad and that seams to work good for me. How about you?

We use the aqua blue pads on propane buffers. But not all pads of the same color are the same in texture, blend, and quality. For example we have two different brands of the aqua blue pads. We use the softer one regularly but as floor starts to dull a little we use a stiffer aqua blue pad that buffs a little more aggressive. Same in white pads as well. Some are soft and cheap and last short times while other white pads are a little thicker, and better quality and may last up to 4 times as long as the softer ones we have tired. There are a lot of brands of pads out there . You need to try different ones not just different colors and find what works best for you. Types of finish used, condition of floors, and your budget may make a difference in the ones you choose.
