I started my own business not so long ago, and right now I have a distribution company that wants a bid. Warehouse 1 has: 8 offices, 6 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens. Warehouse 2 has : 2 offices, 4 bathromms, and 1 kitchen. Plus a condominium. Plan to charge $ 2,700 for 3 times a week on warehouse 1 and 2 times a week on warehouse 2. And for residential cleaning I charge $25 an hour. Am I on the right track. Am I charging too much or too little? What do you suggest? Thank you, it will help alot!

For the residential you are about right on. Because I usually average around $24 to $27 an hour.

I know you already bid on this job, but how much did you finally bid on the project? Did you determine the price based on man hour, price per square foot or type of rooms and fixtures to clean (cleaning time per object)? What are you going to base your future proposals on? I am new to the business.
