;DGood day, I see you are a new member. Understand then first why they call me Grizzly. First, what are your specifications, what are you doing for that $60.00. You say it takes around 2-3 hours. For 2 hours, in my area I would say that is not a bad rate. For , three hours I would be charging a bit more. Is it commercial or residential ? Heavy or light cleaning. I am trying to present the fact that this business is a lot more complicated than most believe. To be successfull, ( and I-m not that big so don't classify myself as such, just been around a long time) we must understand all the ins and outs.

Your price is not too high. My minimum use to be $65.00 but I raised it to $75.00 Some folks think im a bit high, but I have insurance to pay and taxes, not to mention we are very detailed and well worth the price. If I were doing the job myself with no insurance, no taxes then I may consider $60.00
