I have my first bid tomorrow, need advice!

How much would you charge to clean a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2500 sq. ft. house?
The house in question is a move out.I am just starting out in the cleaning business and I would like to know approximately how much I should quote to clean a house of this size. They want inside windows cleaned also. I don't want to quote too low or too high. What would you recommend for a fair estimate?

Move-outs are so different from normal residential bi-weekly etc.. You may have to clean the cupboards inside & out, and the fridge. There may be alot of garbage. I would charge 1.50 per pane per side of the windows and a low of $1.25 for each window. It may be smart to go and look at the home first.

I did a house like that size without windows, and it took 7 hours. $250 is not asking too much.
