I was out pounding the pavement yesterday and focusing on turn-over cleaning for rental apartments. Met a very nice guy who spent some time explaining cleaning prices for different size apartments in my area, also said he was looking for a reliable cleaning service.
Compliance Depot is used by many apartment buildings home office to screen BSC before using their services.
Any of our members have experience with Compliance Depot and could share their experience on what the apartment buildings home office require?

My problem with apartment communities is, they want the absolute lowest price for the best cleaning. Most promise the world also, stating they will give you 30-100+ units a month, most of the time they gie you what there handyman or on site staff cannot handle, once again at the cheapest possible price.

Be prepared to out quote yourself. They are going to want everything dirt cheap. But if it's regular work I'd say its worth it
