OK, here's the situation. I've won a bid (finally) to clean a sealed concrete prior to and after an extermination job. Before extermination, they want it vacuumed w/hepa and mopped with a mild detergent. After extermination, they want it vacuumed and sanitized. It 6400 sq.feet. This is my first job. What products do you recommend and how much should I charge?

Price would depend on how dirty it is, how much stuff to work around, travel time, access to job site, what debri/oils/marks are on floor and what they expect it to look like when it is finished. To know all this one would have to actually see the floor and talk with the person in charge of job to get a good feel of what to expect. If it were wide open area and concrete was fairly clean , I would use an automactic floor scrubber on it. Such as the one that Cleanfreak recently put a video of on this forum. There are several disinfectant cleaners on the market that can be used on floors that are finished or sealed. It should be easy to find one.
As I said pricing can be tricky. Hepa vacuuming would be about $30 per hour . For me the auto scrubbing would be around .10 to .20 cents a sq foot per time on light cleaning. .21 to .50 on heavy cleaning. To many varibles to be specific.

Concrete floors are one of the favourite choice among homeowners because of their durability and stain-resistance. With proper maintenance, a decorative concrete floor can last a lifetime. You can clean the floor on a regular basis with just a warm water/vinegar mix that will help keep that shine. High-powered vacuum cleaner is also one of the best choice as it sucks up the dirt.

Sealed concrete floor cleaning is a very difficult thing through using normal featured vacuum cleaners. So i think, if want to do the effective cleaning of concrete floor and remove dust from there, then must need to use a high pressured vacuum cleaner for cleaning it.
