What should I do if I suspect my cleaner of stealing? Client has not accused. Just missing a couple things.

If I really believed that an employee was stealing then I would fire them. In Tenn we have a no fault law which means I can fire anyone without any reason. They may draw unemployeement but at least they will not ruin my buisness.

Fire him, if he did it once, he will do it again.
