I need help bidding a grocery store

I am bidding on a local mom and pop grocery store of 15000 sq ft in northern MN
I have done floors since 1995 but nothing this big on a consistent bases. I need help coming up with a price. daily maintenance, scrub and re coating, and strip and waxing.

So, I worked it out to be $1200 per month for the daily maintenence, $1000 for a SR, and $3600 for the SW Is this eveen in the ballpark or will I eat it on that?
