Hey guys,
I recently deployed a few staffers to service a floor strip and rewax at a school and they totally blew out the time I budgeted for them. It was a decent sized job, so one or two hours either way would've been acceptable, but they reported a 24 man hours on something that I estimated at 11 man hours.
How are you guys allocating time for strip and rewaxes?

We always charge a flat rate per sq ft for all strip and wax, the cost per sq ft depends on what people are willing to pay, we get between .43 and .48 cents a sq. ft. we also pay our floor people by the jobs, so there is no need to allocate time.
