On new construction we charge $5.00 to $10.00 a side depending on amount of debri ( sheet rock mud; concrete; paint) on the windows. We are on the high end side. Also charge extra if frames need cleaning. Sometimes that is expsected to be included if not specified. Just a reminder always inspect glass before you clean for scratches , especially around edges where sometimes painters try to scape silicone and paint off and mark the glass. Sometimes you want even notice till you cleaned the window. Be sure to stop and call it to owners attention before going to next window. If you don't inspect you may end up buying a lot of new windows.

We get a liquid from local tire store that is used to fill tractor tires. It is fairly cheap- around $8.00 gallon and only takes a couple of onces to a gallon of solution. Does not appear to have any effects on power of cleaning solution. We charge the same in winter also. But remember we are in TN. A mild mannered weather state. Our annual snowfall is only 12".
