I have noticed other than carpet cleaning there are thousands of window washing services. Do the windows get dirtier faster? Why? What is the average round? weekly, bi-weekly, monthly?

in the uk we clean windows mostly monthly. i dont think the windows get dirtier faster . It is just a case of keeping them clean , so they get cleaned before they get dirty . As 90% of people do not want to be seen as though they have got dirty windows . It is probably because most houses are set quite close to the main road , therefor the dirty windows are more visable to passers by , and it is more of a conscious thing .
we have the attitude over here of "have you seen the state of there windows "syndrome .
Is it the same in the states ?

Mostly every two-weeks, lots of storefronts directly on the road weekly. One of the top cleaning services in the US, if they purchase any type of service it is usually window washing. Customers that do not care at least quarterly.
