Thanks for the review of our product Dan! We always love to hear feedback, whether it be positive or negative on our products. Here is a picture of the product Dan is referring to; Spot Care II is one of our most popular carpet stain removers. With your IJCSA discount, your price would only be $31.59 for a case of 12 - 20 oz. aerosol cans!!Like Dan said it is always a smart idea to have several spotting solutions with on a job, because you never know what you're going to run into. We do have a pretty thorough guide to carpet stain removal that should cover most stains.

What do most of you guys prefer? Using a non-heated, or a heated portable unit? Or do you prefer lugging around one of those huge truckmount extractors? From my own personal experience, it seems like as long as you know what you're doing a simple 12 gallon non-heated carpet cleaning extractor can clean just as well as any truckmount extractor without all the setup time. Let us know your thoughts. Which do you prefer?

Greenclean09, That is a very good price for a floor machine, but you have to remember you do get what you pay for. At $565 it is a decent machine, but we've found that because Viper is made in China, the floor machine will wear down quicker than other brands. This is due to China manufacturers not having the same quality control aspects that U.S. manufacturers have. Kevin makes a great point about paying for the machine in 2 to 3 jobs, but if you are looking for a quality machine that will hold up over time, I would suggest investing in a U.S. made machine. The machine you purchased will definitely hold up for some time, but as you start to use it more, you'll notice more play in the handle, and just the general build of the machine start to degrade due to poor quality control aspects. We have a 20 inch floor buffer which will stand up over time, but it is about $100 more expensive, so it really depends on what you're looking for.

Dan, Thanks for your feedback!! We always love to hear from a customer, who has had a positive experience, after they have purchased from us. (We typically only hear from our customers when something goes wrong). The shattered 99 is a great product from Brulin, a leading manufacturer in cleaning chemicals. We definitely seel a ton of it due to it's effectiveness on removing old floor coatings, and it's ease of shipping. If you'd like to try some of this product, we do sell it by the case, which is 6 quarts. Please mention your IJSCA disount if you are a full member, and you'll receive 10% off of our sale price. This brings it down to $52.88 per case, plus shipping.
Shattered 99 Concentrated Floor Stripper is a great product for stripping old floor waxes off and refinishing! Overall this brings your cost down below $2.00 per gallon of stripper. Because it is a concentrate, each quart mixes with 5 gallons of hot water, to make 5.25 gallons of stripping solution!!
