i know there are some things to take into consideration when pricing hood cleaning but does anyone have an average amount that it would cost to perform the service??

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD DEGREASER FOR REATAURANT KITCHEN TILE FLOORS SOMETHING THAT WOULD REMOVE ON ONE MOP INSTAED OF 3 OR SO??

DOES ANYONE KNOW TO CLEAN RESTAURANT HOODS , DO THEY USE STEAMER ,PRESSURE WASHER ETC....
AND IS IT HARD TO GET CERTIFIED I HAVE 8 RESTAURANTS IJUST GOT AND WOULD LIKE TO DO THE WORK OURSLVES INSTEAD OF SOMEONE ELSE DOING IT, AND IF SOMEONE ELSE DOES ANY IDEA ON PRICE DOING TOTAL OF 8 AND ALSO PIZZA OVENS ?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

I put a bid for a 8 chain restaurant in their spec sheet it said for the hood to be cleaned once every 2 months any idea on what a HOOD is? I am assuming it is the exhaust must we be certifies to clean this?
WHATEVER KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE TO SHARE WOULD BE GREALTY APPRECIATED

do they pay less compared offices etc... or did i just get someone with a limited budget, it seems like he is trying to hire someone for $8 an hr ?
it is a nationwide restaurant.
any help on restaurants would be great thanks
