I'm currently working on a bid for approx 110,000 office space, 4 baths, some offices, the rest about 1400 workstations. I have a lot of info on bidding this big, but sure would like a ballpark figure to base it on. 7x week, 3rd shift work. Rough est. of 40-45 manhours/night, but I have really started figuring.
