ECBS is currently commercial mentor but recently my focus has shifted to residential because of the weekly pay. If there is anyone in or near florida that could be a residential mentor to me, please PM me. I would like to thank ECBS and Crowz for being so supportive....great people

I'm not real good with computors and words but I've been in the cleaning buisness over 20 years. We offer carpet cleaning; window cleaning; ceramic tile cleaning; office cleaning; fire and water restoration; resturant ceiling and wall cleaning; construction clean up. About the only thing we don't have intrest in doing is residential house cleaning. There are a lot of people in my area that does them cheap. If I can be of help to anyone please email . thanks Dan

We use enzymes and peroixde formulated by ICWC in clearwater FL. Very safe . Acoustical tile is sprayed and left but the grids have to be wiped. A solid ceiling or panels must be sprayed and wiped with sponges. Pays .25 to .40 square foot not to mention extra for lights and vents. Great wide open market.

oops, did not see there was 4 pages here, thuoght it was one. it would probally be easer if some would state where they are from, some might not feel comfortable with helping somebody from there area, and for some it might be easer since the pricing would be around the same. I been looking to adopt somebody, but see no profiles filled out. I rather they where near my state, so the economy, laws, and pricing was simular. and I would also want to know who they are, so lets fill in those profiles..

:-)
I have two parents...
Jude/RJ Cleaning and Restoration on Floor Care and related fields, as he just stated, and Dan/Envirostat on Commercial Jobs and value-added services.
Being such a newbie I was worried about being burdensome to one mentor. I live in a historic neighborhood, in St. Louis city proper. A number of the homes here are ancient and have been rehabbed. My building, for instance, was constructed in 1893. Mixed flooring is more the norm than the exception, so in residentials I must pay particular attention to the difference surfaces and care for them accordingly. So I am grateful for Jude's expertise and guidance in that area, not to mention his excellent advice on maximizing web site exposure.
I hope also to acquire commercial contracts, and there is a definite market for such in the small business community here. Dan/Envirostat has been gracious to mentor me in that regard, and like Jude, has already dispensed excellent information, as well as suggestions for additional services to more fully fufill commercial needs.
Just in time too! :-) I responded to an ad on craiglist, a person in my neighborhood was seeking cleaning services, and she made special note of the different flooring types. In my reply, I stated I was in the nieghborhood, and that I particularly liked the architecture of the homes here. She and I will be meeting after Thanksgiving to discuss cleaning services for her home -- and her office! She's a local magazine executive. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Most of all though, I'm appreciative of Dan and Jude taking me under their wing like this. I give you my word to listen and take heed! Thank you again for this!
John

I made a similar post on one of these 4 pages Rob! I explained how to send a PM and modify your profile too. Hey Newbee's and everyone else who hasn't done it, fill out you profile!!! Click on Profile at the top where Logout, Home, Help, etc., are then click on Modify Profile and fill in the blanks. We can all help each other better if we give a little more information. Natalie
