Hey all. I clean move in/move out's and all that that implies. I have printed up some flyers and was wondering the best way to distribute for those I cannot go to in person. Should I mail them to real estate companies, banks or property rental associations? Or would it be considered rude to leave them at the rental properties or maybe in the door of the company?

Tammy, Do you have access to a fax machine? Or how about just emailing them out? I do not think it is rude. In our area we get flyers at the office or home now and then. I always think to myself just a person that is dedicated to improving their business.

I have seen businesses stand outside the big grocery stores and hand out their flyers as people were coming out of the store. I respect these people more because they are taking the time to personally hand the flyers to people and give people a chance to meet them. I always like that better than having them stuck to my windshield. Patti

Another way is passing out flyers outside Supermarkets by sticking it in wipers in Parking lots. A lot of Companies do it in our Area. There is a guy in our Area near Superfresh and he does it for $25 an hour 3 Hours for each client.Thats all he does and after 5 he goes to the Liqour Store. We had Contracted him Once a Couple of years Ago just to try what he Does .Of the $75 we gave him we got 6 Jobs ranging from $125 to $330.00. Not Bad
