I got my method from sam rodman's e-book. basically $10 per room, $5 half bath, stairs etc...I was told to increase the total 50% for initial cleans. when i was having estimates done on my house, it seemed to be quite accurate. i think they increased $10/bi-weekly and $15/monthly. Any other suggestions?

I like the room method, Idaho seems to have either very high or very low prices so I am trying to land in the middle. Room/square foot bidding seem to be combined here and it is very hard to figure that way. I am leaning towards room number bidding!
Thanks John Runer

When I first started 23 years ago, I cleaned several homes of different sizes and timed myself and wrote down how long it took and then when I would go to bid a home, I fit it into one of the "category's" of three types. I have my chart of how many minutes to how much cost.
Example: 240 minutes (after adding each room up at the end) = 4 hrs and $30.00 per hour = $120.00. I will add $5.00 for pets. This works well and I bid now the exact price to the minute.
