I was hoping that I could find out if you charge 13 cents a sq foot then how much do you charge for window's?
What does construction cleaning included?

I am new at this, in my contract i put that height restrictions could apply DUH
that did me no good,
I did a house that was 4800 sq feet last week,(not including the basement) it had windows in the back that were 30 feet off the ground. I was way over my head. So, I called a professional window cleaner and he is doing 18 windows at 6 dollars a window. That cut into my profit. But I had no choice these were big pane windows that were too high for me,
I am redoing my contract, I am covering my butt after this. I don't mind it when it is a single story 1800 sq ft house, but second and third story windows will be a extra charge!
I also will go after the builders with the 1800 to 2800 sq ft houses, bigger is harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

height and risk factors should ALWAY be considered when bidding ANYTHING... windows or not. also the pain in the a*s factor  |
