When doing construction, would you charge lets say, .25 sq. ft for post construction and then .18 sq. ft. for final AND re-clean or would a re-clean be at a lower price like .07? Also, at say .25 sq. ft. would it be good to include the windows in that price or should they still be seperate charge added to the bid? All this construction stuff is really confusing me Thanks again, Linda

I just thought of another question What is the difference between residential new construction and custom homes construction?? I just don't get it I thought they were the same. Thanks, Linda

When there are multiple variables and jobs, maybe best to bid it hourly with labor costs, profit and supplies, etc then wrap it all together. In regards to custom are you referring to custom, fabricated homes, I would say there is a big difference as these homes are built at a separate location then put together like a puzzle. No hard construction happening on-site.
