Let me tell you a something that no one else will tell you the best time to appoach a new construction home is right when the drywall is laid I get more jobs that way find out who the site manager is and talk to him face to face. That way it is hard to say NO!!! If he says they allready have a cleaner tell him you will do the job for 5%-10% less all they want to do is save money, beleive me. you'll get the job and maybe a contract to do all his homes.

If everyone did the jobs for 5%-10% lower than thier competition, before long they would be bidding on who whould pay the most to do the job. Just a thought.
