What would be the proper way to invoice after a construction cleanup? The job is complete, went very well, no need to return. All I need to do now is fax over the invoice. Job was done at a flat rate with 3 employees for 3 days and 2 employees for 1 day. I hired a guy to do windows and that didnt work out so on the 4th day my husband showed up to help me do the windows if he hadnt I would have been there another good 3-4 hours Also, the contract is still laying in the super intendants truck it was never signed but just received a message from owner to send over invoice so payment could be made. This job kicked our butts by the way lol. Any advice on invoicing and how to say thanks to the super intendant as well? Thanks, Linda

Fax the invoice over to them usally they dont pay until thr closing thats when they pay all contractors. I use vaction certifacates that cost me nothing from C & B vactions for the super. I all so leave a bottle of sparkling apple cider and 4 plastic wine glasses and a vaction for the home owner. with a card of thanks and a post card about the residental work we do.
