We toured a small 2 day per week clean which will take about 2 hrs.
Here is the twist: the guy doesnt have a service right now so "this is new to him" & wants to have the shop area ( auto scrubed or swept & mopped) once per week, in addition to the regular from office clean.
The shop is 10000 sq ft. painted concrete --not just straight clean aisleways. A machine here & a machine there. there is no auto scrubber on site.
does anyone have experience in an acct like this. I imagined just quoting him to sweep & mop with a degreaser once per week & then maybe run machines across it quarterly.
does anyone have production rates for either? Taking a guesstimate we figure 4 hrs sweep & mop.........dunnnoo

Not exactly the same Brian, 4000 sq.ft. painted concrete showroom for stall and fence company. Display units all over. epoxy coat on painted concrete. To dust mop approx.15 minutes with 48" dust mop, damp mop approx. 30minutes depending on severity of stains. Autoscrub, haven't done yet. This roughed up concrete floor and not smooth. No degreaser, no grease stains, auto dealership we do with painted epoxy floors, grease stains still a b@#$% to get off.
