I think that is a good idea i will try that....not sure about it working in the area but oh well. Tired of being suckered though.

My first customer is my aunt, lol. I use to live with her and I am the one who did all the house work. She called me the other day wanting me to clean her house. She has two kids at home, no inside pets. I know her very well and I also know what she will expect of me so I told her $25.00 per room she wanted cleaned. She lives in a 3 br, 2bath that she recently did some remodeling on. There are 9 rooms. This does not include cleaning the carpets. I told her .13 psf to do the carpets. She is happy with the price.
