Does anyone clean the outside coils and filters of central air conditoners and window units? I just cleaned mine today brushed it down with soapy water and hosed it down. Makes the air smell good. 
It takes only a minute to do, water from the hose does most of the work, maybe add it on as freebie, a service incentive with each cleaning.
