Yes Kisha with this business there is never a guarantee of a certain amount of income coming in each week. Customers go on vacations, they get sick, they have company and cancel etc. It can get scary at times. Patti
Do anyone feel what I'm feeling when I do one on one cold calling?
I have experienced men looking at me as though I am from outer space. It's like they're saying, " What makes her think I am going to hire her. I noticed this from the beginning in this business. I really have to prove myself before I can get respect. This causes me to mentally prepare myself to move a mountian before going out. My whole morning preparation is based on not letting rejection stop my success. My approach is a determination to get around whom ever is trying to stop me.
You're probably wondering how I'm dressing. Sometimes I dress conservative, suit, blouse and heels. Sometimes I dress trendy. I'm in Las Vegas. We can get away with that. The West Coast is less formal than the East Coast.
I think the problem is that it's still a mans world and we woman must work harder and smarter to get our share of the goods.
