Childrens Toys With Lead Paint, Toothpaste With Anti-Freeze In It, Pet Food That Kills Pets!---- Whats Next?
Is it some kinda plot, to kill off Americans and the freedoms we enjoy?
I did a online search this morning for when was buying USA products popular. I remember when I was in middle school, for a brief amount of time. It was really cool to have Made in the U.S.A. product label on clothes, shoes, all items.
I remember my Mom looking at the rack of clothes at school shopping time, only purchasing clothes with a Made in The USA label on them.
I remember kids in school, proud to show the label that their clothes were American made.
I remember commercials on TV, with I want to say, Regis Phillman was the spokesperson. (correct me if i`m wrong) was the one pushing us to buy American products.
Been a while since I saw one of those commercials, been a while since I looked at the label to find out where my product is coming from. What country i`m giving my money too. It`s time to really look at the label and see.
I remember at a later date. When I was in the Navy going overseas. Trading a Made in the USA shirt and a pair of Levis for a entire weeks wardrobe of clothes. (Not so much for value of my old clothing, but for what the label represented at that time during Desert Storm) It seemed during that time, Made in The USA was still very popular around the world.
Would I make that trade today? NEVER!
Now`s the time, now more than ever. I need your help. It`s time to make American Products cool again. It`s time to buy only American Made. It`s time to buy American products, for the safety of all Americans.
Can we do it? Our wallets and pocketbooks will be the deciding factor. Look at the label on what your buying. Is it made in America?
Can you instill in your children, the feeling that I once had in school, when it was the popular thing to wear Made In U.S.A clothes?
Guys like me do research. It is very sad that I had to look up "when was made in the USA popular" and no significant results were shown. It is time to make Made In The USA popular again. I think you can help!
If you don`t, you just might not see that Made in U.S.A. label anymore.
