Hey all--
I'm a new member and just started a new business. I was called for my first commercial floor estimate. It is a painted concrete floor of a hydraulic pump manufacturing facility. They would like to have it cleaned once a week to keep the oil build-up at a minimum. It is about 6000sq ft. I'm clueless on how to clean this floor safely.
Would 15 cents per sq ft be a fair weekly price?
Any help would be appreciated.

Do they use degreaser on this floor? Do they have an automatic scrubber you can use? This would probably be the best piece of equipment for this job. You can start out with a small one but they are a little expensive. Buckeye has some cleaners that might work well on this. Check them out. Also this sounds a little high for my area and the fact that it is a weekly service; without knowing all circumstances its hard to be more specific.

Hi Randy I work an industrial job at night and they have a painted concrete floor. People are always falling. It is kinda slick out there. I wouldnt mind this info myself even though they wont hire someone outside the plant to do it maybe I can offer some type of advice. Linda
