Hello All,
Does anyone clean floors for a tanning salon ? is there a chem that can be used on the floors they have in tanning salons ? I was told by a worker at the salon the floors are "antigue" or "antique" to me they looked like regular tile floors without there ever being a shine. I am wondering if the floors can be sealed and waxed or just washed. any help is much appreciated. I am not familiar with the floors they put down in tanning salons. Thanks.

I clean one tanning salon's floors. They are regular VCT tile. Did they ask you to clean their floors or to finish them? Is there floor a vynil , ceramic, porcelin, sheet vynil or something else? Not sure what antique is.

Thanks for the response, They want the floors cleaned and they were told the floor cannot be stripped due to the type of floor which she said is " antigue" or "antique" neither of which i heard of either. They seem to me to be a regular vct tile. I am going to speak with the manager again and find out for sure what they are. Is there a good chem you use to clean the salon floors? one that works well on the booth areas where the people grease themself up.lol ?
