When you are cleaning a house what task do you think is the worst? Which task do you hate and why?

I hate dusting. It's tedious and there is no way around it.
I prefer bathrooms and kitchens over everything else. Go figure, they tend to be the worst rooms as far as being discusting.

I seriously hate stand up shower stalls -hate them-hate them-hate them! I will clean a bath tub, a nasty toilet anything but a stand up shower stall! They just seem like they never get clean to me. Expecially if they dont have frosted glass on the door and they have hard water. Man what a PITA!
Other than that i really love to clean kitchens and bathrooms too....it seems like that's where you see the most difference!

Add my "hate-vote" to cleaning cleaning those inspired-by-Satan mini-blinds!
They are evil. I cannot prove it just yet, but I am convinced mini-blinds were originally a communist-plot to destabilize the population. It was brilliant! Once unleashed, beautiful draperies, gorgeous valances scalloped and gathered, delicate sheers whose gentle patterns delivered both light and privacy, these artistically inspired window treatments were ripped from the windows like criminals in the street.
In their place was stuck these utilitarian devices with a cord and rod. Twist the rod, and some of the slats change angle, the others stay in place. By design. Pull the cord, one side lifts (or drops) the other remains stationary. By design. Try and fight that by working with the cord or rod -- and the whole thing lunges off the wall and attacks you. By design.
Do not believe for a moment that researchers, when seeking materials have your best interests in mind. Only those materials which attract and lock in dirt will be used in the final product. In fact, I think they are manufactured to look dingy and dirty, then an impermeable coating applied to cover it. Once installed, the coating turns clear to reveal the dirt and keep it locked in. Additionally it sucks additional dirt and doesn't let it out. The coating is so tough, no amount of chemicals, scrubbing, suction, chiseling, blowtorching, grinding, jackhammering, or profanity will cause it to give up the dirt.
Compared to mini-blinds, a filthy toilet is a joy to behold.

What I hate the most is excessive hair and dust....Its a pain cleaning long hair out of my vacuum beater brush and the bags fill up rather fast. Its also a pain to clean a lot of windows, especially when its really cold outside. I really don't mind the rest.

bathrooms with hard water stains, and mopping floors where there are animals who walk on them right after you are finished!
