Whats the scoop on this? We just aquired ( 3 ) medical clinics for regular nightly cleaning. I asked her if she would like us to take care of the floor strip & refinish. She said she is using a company that uses Glosstek & they have neen pleased with this. It is supposed to last for a long time & eliminate buffing & stripping?
Wondered if the pros here know about it, its cost difficulty applying it etc...

I have never heard of it. I have heard of other brands that claim this. If it is to hold up that well , there is a good chance it is urethane or urethane fortified, or something else that will probably be very hard to strip off. If you plan on stripping this , do a test spot to see if your stripper will remove it. It may have to all be hand scraped. We charge .50 to $1.00 a square foot in these situations. Remember also that if no buffing or maintenace is needed to the floor than you will make no more profit other than your strip and finish.

Yeah Dan you are the man. Checked out the site, it's urethane 3 part mixing procedure and stripped off with urethane stripper. Wouldn't want to touch it. May be hard but a b@#$% to maintain if it gets scratched.
