I was wondering, whats the best way to strip and rewax certain areas in tile floors that you have missed. For example there are a few doorway areas that needs to done over again and I was wondering whats the best way to do those areas without restripping the whole floor.

Take some duct tape and back it with towels (sticky side away from the area to be stripped) and strip out the necessary area. You must be very careful and neat in this procedure or you will track stripper and ruin the rest of your floor. Rinse the stripped area with neutral pH detergent and then autoscrub , or scrub and wet vac the entire floor. Put your first coat of finish down only in the stripped area and then the second coat down over the whole floor, blending the stripped out area in. Let dry, burnish and put another coat of finish down until the shine and depth is even and meets your requirements.
