I have a couple customers that do have wood floors and i either use damp mop or vinegar and water. What is best to use without build ups?
Have an opportunity to clean a kitchen/bath store and they have there in very good shape.
I probably won't get this job though because they want 1 million in workmans comp. there store is not that big. How would i figure this extra insurance fee in my bid it will cost me 90.00 month, this job is to clean 1x a week? I am thinking it would not be worth my time. Everything dusty, inside/outside cabinets, displays, very detail work, also 6 panes of windows.
Thanks
Tina

Well, for the wood floors I use Woodpecker hardwood floor cleaner. Works excellent.

Tina,
Did you add an extra $23.00 dollars a week onto the bid? That would cover the wc.

I went as high as i figured i could for this size building and also charged extra for windows and door glass inside/outside.
Was reading my liability insurance and i see covering for any injuries so may not have to get wc. Gave them copy of insurance and bond.
