Is this in a home or a commercial setting? What happens over time from regular mopping is the dirt as you stated will get trapped in the low areas and start to make the floor appear dirty. If it is a commercial area that is large you can use a auto scrubber on a daily bases to clean it. Or you can as needed use your buffer with a stiff scrub brush and wet vacuum after. This allows you to clean in the low areas and vacuum up the dirty water. We do both on floors like this and we degrease them with a heavy duty cleaner.
