I been paying a flat rate fo a while now. They currently get $35 per house. Is that good? I would like to drop to $30 but wanted your input first. Also, I have a new cliwnt thats needs a move-n/initial and bi-weekly service. 4/3 4000sq ft. I told him $250 for the move-n/initial and $125
What rate sounds good for employee pay? How should I determine how many people are needed for a particular job?

I am thinking more along the lines of $230.00 for a bi-wkly?? As far as a flat fee for employees it would depend on the size of the home. I pay $10.00 per hour, but have been considering a flat fee range. For a home that size I would probably pay my employee around $50.00 bucks maybe more. I dont know, good question though.

Well probably just 1 actually. Will take anywhere from 3 - 5 hours to clean. Some say they can do it in 3, I dont think I can. At least not at this time. Maybe 4 hours. I would only put 1 on it or 2 if you want it done in a couple hours.
