I loved the tip about making initials and one-times the same starting price. It didn't occur to me before that someone would ask for regular cleanings because the price for the first one is cheaper than for a one-time then drop me.
Thanks for pointing that out. Both start at $150.00 for my prices now.

This is something I was debating also! Your comments have helped a bunch. I think I am going to post my intial clean and onetime clean the same price. Hopefully I will be able to give them an onsite estimate if I can so I can see the damage before hand.

I am still too new to have my own website yet but I do give my potential customers my standard rate. I have had a few call and then not call again because of my rate,.... but I look at it this way if I do not believe that I am worth the cost why not go back to the working world and have someone else tell me what to do instead of making my own decisions.

I loved the initial clean versus regular clean! I have just started my business with one contract, and I did the initial clean site unseen for $300 for 3 office trailers, approximatly 700 sq. ft. each for wall washing, carpet cleaning, and furniture cleaning and all!! I was paid double that but it still involved 24 hours of work! So you live and learn... However I am getting 150 for weekly cleaning of the same site so that is great.
