Depending on size and duties. Could be anywhere from $50-$400 I would say on average here in Michigan a 2 bedroom home cleaned regularly in good condition $80 per visit.

WOW.. $80.00 is good. In our area your looking at anywhere from $50-$110.00 for a 3 bedroom every 2 weeks. Depending on the clutter and how well they keep their house up. Hope it helps.  |

We charge $25.00 per tech per hour or between 7- 9 cents per SqFt.

Thank everyone for your help. I just learn how to do basic navigation on this website. This is a totally awesome network organization. I am glad I am a member. I narrowed my starting cleaning rates down to $ 72.00 per visit. Thanks

We charge $28 per cleaner/tech here in Portland, Oregon which is a average. We have heard That a local Maid Brigade charges $39.95 per hour per cleaner.
