In this area they use a pressure washer, no special license needed but you do have to collect the waste and that's where it gets tricky

Hi
Pam from Acme Cleaning service did you get the information you needed for this contract. I have just started cleaning restaurants and I would like to share and compare information with you. email truesat@aol.com
I was told by the owner of a restaurant we clean the Pizza ovens must be cleaned with ice and salt no chemical at all I have a website I refer to for the hood cleaning we use a pressure washer and to collect the waste really isn't that hard.....it is work ...you line the hood with plastic and secure with tape make a funnel (sort of a funnel) out of the plastic and direct it into a trash can...make sure you have a hand truck to move the trash can if it gets too full...we always empty when it is half full
