I have did this type of work before. We could not just dust it though. We had to vacuum all of it to keep the dust form floating around in air or falling on fixtures below. We used hepa vacs. You may also have to rent a lift or two to raise you up. All clothes and racks will still have to be covered. You may be required to vacuum all duct work, lights, electrical conduit and more. Make sure what is required before you bid this. It takes a lot longer to do this type of cleaning then most people would estimate. The last one of this type I bid was a VF outlet store. I bid it at $7500.00 I did not get the bid at the time but the manager said he would try to get it in the budget for next year . He also said if the fire inspectors come in that he may have to do it anyways. He did not get any other bids. I did not bid it by the sq foot, instead I bid it by figuring my cost, time, and profit i desired for this job. Good luck with the job. Be careful. 20 feet up in the air is a long way to the floor. Also have caution tape, barriers well marked so that if anything is dropped , it will not hit anyone below.
