I have picked up 30 stores at 2,000 sq ft each. I have to strip and finish once a year and burnish twice a month. So yes I need help, Please some advise on equipment I should buy. Also what is a realistic price I should be charging.

Pricing will vary depending on all specs involved. Would need all that info to help on pricing. If you have already picked them up then you have probably took everything into consideration such as miledge, equipment needed and so . At minimum I would think that you would need , Propane buffer;swing/stripper machine; wet vacs; mops ; buckets; and even an auto scrubber. You will also need help with all the stripping and a good invetory of supplies.I would think that you already have a good start on those items if you already have the account.

Thank you, what brand of equipment would you buy for yourself to start. There is a chance to pick up another 50 stores if we think we can handle it. so I'm in stress mode. I would love to speak to you one on one and pick your brain if thats possible?

There are a lot of good brands and designs on the market. I am not sure of your location but you really need to establish a relationship with a supplier. For example give Tim a call at Clean Freak or check out some of the other IJCSA sponsors such as Powrflite. Another consideration is dealing with a dealer that can also do repairs if needed. From the size or quanity you are dealing with you might consider having a back up buffer and auto scrubber in case of break downs. You can send me a PM (personal message) if you would like to discuss in more detail on a personal level.

www.kaivac.com/products/notouch/kaivac1200/This machine was orginally purchased buy a company I work for so they could hands free clean there restrooms.....An it maybe very pricey HOWEVER It is AWSOME as a tool for stripping floors!!! It holds the fresh water with a very powerful jet sprayer you hold in one hand enabling you to spray on after the stripping and a vaccum system you use with your with your other hand to suck up the solution leaving the floor VERY clean and VERY dry .....
