???Hello my fellow members. I just went for a walk thru with a condominium property manager. They want me to give them my bid by Tuesday afternoon. My price would be $1500 a month including free bulbs as a bonus. Is that too low or too high. Thinking of using 2 people for a total of 10 hours total per week. This is my first walk thru and bidding process. Here is the logistics:
Twice a week cleaning 4 buildings w/ 26 units in each Three levels w/ no furniture in the halls Dont know the square footage of the property, guessing about 2-3 acres.
Duties:
Police the trash in common area on the outside grounds (about 2-3 acres) Wipe railings leading upstairs to the three levels Clean dumpster area (2 locations w/ 5 dumpsters total) Clean ceiling vents Clean all doors to entrance and windows on both sides Clean all inside & outside windows on 1st level Clean all inside windows on 2nd & 3rd level Clean all baseboards within the buildings Change all lightbulbs as needed (seperate billing for bulbs) Vacuum the entire building
