Hi All
Has anyone out there done ship/vessel cleaning? If so, can be please assist asap with the bid I have below - please pretty please because at the moment im stuck between a rock and hard place and my company needs this one for sure!
Background of ship/vessel
8x industrial cleaning staff to be provided by my company
duration will be for 5 days (working hours = 9hrs in total - lunch hour inclusive)
ship/vessel accommodates 300 people
Description of ship/vessel
Length Over All : 137m (of which only +/- ¼ are living quarters)
Width Over All : 40m
So we are probably looking at 35m * 35m on 3 to 4 storey
The vessel is a pipe layer
84 bedrooms (280 beds in totals) - Some of which are en suite (+/- 15 rooms)
Bathrooms 2 (10 showers each) - Toilets : 2 (10 toilets each + 6 urinals) - tile
Kitchen 1 + 2 (washing / serving) - steel + tile
Mess 2
Lounge 2
Store room / freezer 3
Galleys/staircase : don't have a figure but quite a lot
Description of the job:
Industrial Kitchen : floors, walls, sinks, appliances, table tops (stainless steel), storage rooms & fridges
Mess area : floors, tables, chairs, walls
Galleys : floors, walls
Bathrooms : Floors, walls, showers, doors, basins
Toilets : floors, wall, toilets, doors, basins
Bedrooms : Floors, bed frames, windows, showers, basins, toilets (when en-suite)
Lounge/TV room : Floors, furniture, windows
PLEASE NOTE: Ship is equipped with a septic tanks (bathrooms/toilets); therefore no “harsh” products may be used – only septic tank compatible (no chemical that contains ammonia)
I will determine what chemicals and equipment is needed, but please advise how many chemicals I would need in litres, gallons, etc to last me 5 days and to cover 3/4 floors of a ship/vessel that is 137m by 40m???
Thanking you in anticipation
